Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of our handmade garments and offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unworn garment in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
